Refund & Exchange Policy

 

• For your Returns to be valid, it has to be mailed back within 10 working days from the date parcel was delivered.

• All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer as all measurements have been customed to fit.

• Returns will only be done for item(s) with its tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and purchased directly from us. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged, without any labels on it. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

• Customers are to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Kotangent will not be liable for any loss of parcels in the mids of return. Any exchange parcels not received will not be processed for exchange.

• All returns are final. If you would like to purchase the item(s) again, you will have to purchase it directly from our website.
