​​We try to make shopping as easy as possible. We understand that you may have some doubts over the course of shopping with us. Below are some of the frequently asked questions.

  • How do I place an order?

Select the product you wish to purchase and choose the option "add to cart". Click the checkout button when done with selection! Follow the instructions thereafter for payment and delivery.

 

  • What if I cannot make payment within the payment timeframe?

Please note that your orders will be cancelled automatically if payments are not made within the stipulated timeframe.

 

  • Can I change my order after confirmation?

Yes, you can! Simply drop us an email at kotangentsg@gmail.com to them!

 

  • How long does it take for my orders to arrive?

All Singapore orders are estimated to be delivered within 5 working days.. International orders may take upto 7-15 working days depending on the country you live in.

 

  • What if I have missing items?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. However, Kotangent will not be responsible for any lost parcels sent through normal mail. We encourage all customers to opt for registered mail. In a case of lost items sent through registered mail, you may use your tracking ID to locate your lost parcels.
